A rebuilt website for The Appalachian Adventure Company, a real estate firm in Waynesville, North Carolina, with MLS listings that load in automatically.

the ask

Replace an outdated Wix site with a modern one the team can run themselves. Listings should come straight from the MLS instead of being entered by hand, and nothing from the old site, including its search rankings, should be lost.

what i did

• Redesigned and rebuilt the site in Framer, with a CMS the team can edit.
• Set up automatic ingestion of MLS listings, so new properties appear without manual entry.
• Migrated the old site's pages, blog posts and images.
• Mapped every old URL to its new path to preserve links and search rankings.

the rules

Real estate sites have strict compliance language. Every page carries the firm disclosure and Equal Housing, and the copy follows the broker’s rules word for word.
